ABSTRACT
This chapter is not intended to be a summary of the book. Instead, we shall partly restate our initial objectives and remind ourselves of the focus of the book before gathering together some practical ideas which should help readers to think constructively and clearly about how to identify, analyse and react to project risks. The information given in this chapter will only be useful on condition that the reader has reflected on the material presented throughout the book and has developed an understanding of risks and how to handle them.
