ABSTRACT
Once contact had been made, I treated Mrs Mayo no differently from any other customer. I sent her my standard letter and one to the present owner confirming time, date and approximate length of time that the survey would take. As I have just said, Mrs Mayo was keen not to ‘lose’ the property and wanted the results of my survey very quickly.
