ABSTRACT

New building projects are hardly ever the same. Site factors and various constraints act to make each project different, requiring a lot of thinking about what to build and how to construct it. Concerns about size, appearance, methods and techniques of construction, funding and many more show that it is a not a standard product. Satisfactory completion must rely on the bringing together of many different ideas requiring interaction between the developer, a range of advisors and the builder. It requires team effort where the more a team puts into a project the more it will get out of it.
