ABSTRACT
Specifications can be reduced in size and content by sub-dividing a building into composite parts and defining their content (or parameters).
This section deals with:
(i) the concept in principle; (ii) general requirements associated with any work, such as regulations, obligations,
provisions of facilities such as scaffolding, disposal of rubbish and so on; (iii) an order for scheduling work that additionally provides a procedure for building
surveys and a checklist; (iv) the parts and ancillary parts comprising composite items: for example, a bath
including its taps, trap, waste, panels and plumbing connections.
