ABSTRACT
After years of being a student and a period of time being a student teacher, it can be difficult to make the transition to becoming the teacher. During your student teaching experience, you have most likely relied upon the guidance of your cooperating teacher(s) and others such as your university supervisor, seminar peers, and university faculty members. As you make the transition to teacher, it will serve you well to begin to foster new relationships within your locale to create a support system.
