You can register for the Praxis II School Psychologist exam (no. 0401) either online, by phone, or via a paper-based registration form. Information about all of these processes is available on the Educational Testing Service (ETS) Web site at https://www.ets.org/praxis/index.html or by calling 1-800-772-9476. Once your registration is processed, you can download and print your ticket from the Praxis Web site, which you will need to take with you on the day of the exam.
