ABSTRACT
The previous chapters have helped us to understand and manage the complexities of practice in the information society. We now know that the information society can be developed by (1) envisioning transformations; (2) by engaging people; and (3) by using the power we have available to act according to what we think is ethical and will lead us to improve our society as a whole. In all these possibilities we can use information and communication systems and technologies.
