ABSTRACT
Marginalization and transformation are significant issues impinging on the nexus between mobilities and learning communities. Mobility in one form or another can lead to marginalization-lifestyles regarded as dierent from the norm and separated from centered patterns of settlement. Such lifestyles, however, can generate learning communities that engage their marginalized status constructively and proactively in order to transform their educational outcomes and life opportunities.
