ABSTRACT
Hearts is a game primarily for four players, played with the full pack of fifty-two cards very much as is Whist, with the following important exceptions:—(I) There are no partners, (2) there is no trump suit, and (3) the object is to avoid taking any trick containing a card of the heart suit.
