ABSTRACT
Hi! My name is Joe. I'm an Area Coordinator at West Coast State University. A few years ago, I was in your shoes as an RA at Northern Igloo University. I had such a great experience as an RA that I decided to get my master's degree in higher education, at a great school near the James River in southeast Virginia and pursue a career in student affairs. I highly recommend it! When I was an RA at NIU, my floor lived together through the events of September 11, 2001. As you can imagine, it was quite a year, and quite an experience.
