ABSTRACT
Hi! My name is Shannon. I'm an RA at Highland Community College. I know, you didn't think that community colleges had residence halls. We were actually the first community college to start up a residence life program. Now more and more community colleges are putting residence halls on their campuses. We led the way in that, and are very proud of doing so. I just finished my year as an RA at HCC, and am transferring to a great school, Beagle University, for next year. Before I pack my things up though, I am writing you this letter to talk about the biggest mistake I made in the past year. I hope that by reading it, you'll not repeat the same mistake that I made.
