ABSTRACT
Hi! My name is Peggy. I'm an RA at New England College for Women, home of the Mighty Mustangs! We just celebrated our 150th anniversaryas a Women's College, and are proud of our heritage of educating some of the nation's most prominent women leaders. Here at NECW, we have a very active and vibrant residential community. Nearly 95% of our students live on campus in a traditional house system. Most residents live in the same house for all four years they are here, and often develop lifelong friendships with women in their house. I've been the house counselor (that's what we call RAs) in "Yingling House" for three years now. I lived here my first year, and had such a great experience with my house counselor, that I wanted to be the HC the next year. That plan worked out, and I've led our house ever since. It is tough to be graduating this year, but it's my time to move on and time for someone else to take up the reins ofYingling House.
