ABSTRACT
So far we have been concerned with the means of protecting new technology and design by the acquisition of intellectual property rights. Now we turn to the question of enforcing such rights. This is not intended to be a textbook guide for lawyers but an indication to non-lawyers of some of the aspects of intellectual property litigation which require thought or action on their part.
