ABSTRACT
Legislation of this nature is novel to Trinidad and it is not suggested that this bill is by any means complete or perfect, but, with the progress of time and experience, grounds will no doubt be found for its improvement… The main purpose of the bill is to improve conditions generally in Trinidad in order to make it a better and happier place to live in.
