If your potential new partner shows up frequently unannounced and unplanned, you should be cautious. Tell him you prefer to arrange your time together. If he shows up at your job, explain that it is not a good time or place for you to meet. If he argues with you, or disregards your wishes about this, it might indicate a problem.
