Rosa soon interrupted her budding career as a war photographer* however* in order to do solidarity work. She was selected to guide Salvadoran refugees back into El Salvador from Honduras* offering her presence as a protective shield. Like a blonde pied piper astride a beautiful white horse* her job was to lead Salvadoran refugees across the Sumpul River.
