ABSTRACT
The thesis of this book, that MNEs can alleviate poverty by seizing market opportunities at the BoP, rests on the implementation of three key processes: moral imagination, systems thinking and deep dialogue. We introduced each of these earlier, but it is fitting that we reiterate their importance now.
