ABSTRACT

Somehow, some way, Limon had to convince the rest of the board that Human Resources matters were no longer so specialized. She needed to make the point that, while high employee turnover was not currently affecting the company’s productivity, market advantage, and creativity, it was bound to have a detrimental effect on its ability to approach all facets of the architecture market in the near term. Without changes to the Human Capital approach, money and market share would be lost to the competition.
