Which strategy is best? The primary consideration here is the evaluation of alternative strategic options open to the organization. We have already seen the number of different routes that the strategist might consider in his or her planning. Once you have uncovered all the options, how do you decide which is the best way to go? The chance of successful implementation is greatly increased if we choose the right strategy in the first place.
