Teams – Differ in many ways, including size, purpose and type of work performed, structure,
leadership, influence and decision-making ability.
Types of teams include:
1. natural work group
2. management
3. project improvement
4. process redesign or re-engineering
5. cross-functional, i.e. design and production include people of various skill levels from
throughout the organization
6. new product and service design teams.
