ABSTRACT
The CEM is complete and the training experience designed and delivered. It might be assumed that the work of the Designer is also complete, and in one sense it is, because a training program has been successfully designed. However, the Designer is also concerned with solving the original problem and that requires something beyond the design process discussed so far. It includes some other activities that will involve different parts of the organization in the design, delivery, and application of the training program.
