ABSTRACT
This event of the CEM focuses on the specific learning needs of those who are to receive the training. As noted in the previous chapter, it is not possible to identify the needs of the learner until there is agreement about the job and how it is to be performed. In this event, the focus is on the person or people who are doing the job. (See Figure 5-1.)
