ABSTRACT
One of the things IT people often say to us is that their lives would be so much better if users would only make up their minds about what they wanted, and were open and honest about their hidden agendas. In other words, many IT people see the problems they face largely revolving around what is (perhaps deliberately) kept below the surface —hidden from their view.
