ABSTRACT
We are asking people to change their behavior, to accept a new set of conventions for working together. And I try to provide reinforcement in every way I can. For example, I always wear my Quality button to impress colleagues with my rabid dedication. It serves to remind us that we have a very special obligation to support those who support the corporation.
