ABSTRACT

In general, a company's culture, structure, and business endeavors all contribute to the happenings that occur within an organization. Such things affect employees' work assignments, attitudes, and resultant contributions. However, sometimes it seems that every day gives birth to an unexpected adventure (for example, hosting a visit from the big boys from corporate), which often detracts from getting anything done. Remember that people feel comfortable knowing what to expect, and they react with some degree of displeasure whenever there is a deviation.
