Before I start this section, I must give a warning. Do as I say, not as I did. I got into a royal mess personally through trusting somebody close to me, who proved to be a liar and a cheat. Always make sure that you are in control of your own affairs, do not leave matters to others, however much you may trust them, because, ultimately, it is your own responsibility to ensure that everything is legal and correct, and you who pay if it is not.
