ABSTRACT
At this point you have examined the business goals and issues. In the last chapter you developed process plans for how the business processes can go toward ebusiness. Repeated mention has been given to the need for a parallel effort. In the ideal world you would define your e-business vision and objectives prior to analyzing processes . However, in the real world you seek to pursue a parallel approach. In addition, the information that you collect from the work in the previous chapter is very useful in defining the vision and goals.
