ABSTRACT
While much of the work discussed here pertains to the e-business work, we cannot ignore the implementation of Quick Hits. After all, it is the stages of Quick Hit improvements that lead us to e-business, To get an overall picture of what is going on, consider Figure 14.1 for a typical firm. It present s the various parts of the work and shows a high degree of parallel effort. Please note that this figure is not intended to be complete; rather it provides you with an idea of the extent of parallel effort required before going live in e-business.
