Independence 01 Swaziland. On the 3rd August, 1881, a Convention was concluded between
Great Britain and the Transvaal (South African Republic), by Article XXIV of which the Independence of the Swazis was recognized within certain boundaries which were described in Article I of that Convention (p. 223).
