Note.-In the Declaration of the 13th December, 1906, annexed to the Agreement of that date between Great Britain, France, and Italy respecting Abyssinia, the Italian Government reserved to itself until a later date the communication of its frontier Treaties with Lugh, Raheita, and the Danakils (see p. 440).
