" Art. order to protect the Algerian possessions of the French Republic against the smuggling of arms and munitions of war the Government of His Highness the Bey of Tunis undertakes to prohibit any introduction of arms or of munitions of war by the Island of Djerba, t.he Port of Gabcs, or the other ports of the south of Tunis.
