ABSTRACT
One of a book lover's greatest fantasies is to have access to a bookstore that carries a zillion books—and stays open until 12:00 am. The bookstore is attractively merchandised. Finding a person's desired section is uncomplicated and quick. The aisles are carpeted for comfort and to absorb noise. Benches are strategically placed in every aisle so that the person can be comfortable while they leisurely examine the dust covers of books the person may want to spend quiet evenings savoring. One of the market's most successful restaurant owners had been a loyal advertiser with Beach 103.1 since the station began offering ad packages that included marketing surveys. Rich, the owner, is a restaurant consultant as well as an owner. When Rich heard that Beach 103.1 was willing to call listeners who had won dinner certificates and ask them why they were not being redeemed, he was surprised.
