ABSTRACT
We have now reached the final stage of the exploration of well-known trade mark protection against dilution in the EU and Japan. This final chapter is divided into two parts. The first part revisits the journey made so far in exploring the conceptual definition of well-known trade mark and in examining the efficacy and credibility of well-known trade mark protection against dilution in EU and Japan.
