ABSTRACT

A new system developed at the University of Connecticut is designed to use our long-standing research on strength-based assessment and high-end learning as a theory-based model for providing differentiated learning experiences for gifted and talented students. The Renzulli Learning System (RLS) is based on the enrichment triad model. The diversity of talents and interests that we serve in gifted programmes requires a wide range of resources and inordinate amounts of time on the parts of teachers working with gifted students.
