ABSTRACT
Among the aims for the project was investigating across subject disciplines and institutional contexts the processes by which change occurs in teaching, learning and assessment and the relationship of these aspects of education to outcomes for disabled students. Four different types of university were specifically selected in order to investigate the comparability of experience across the university sector, with a view to developing case studies of the way disability issues and disabled students were treated in universities with different cultures.
