ABSTRACT
Danger Charles fell in love with the dark side of Jim Henson’s puppetryspecifi cally The Dark Crystal (1982), and he’s wanted to make a fi lm with puppets ever since. But he thought it took itself too seriously and after watching Kung Pow: Enter the Fist (2002), and listening to how they made this martial arts spoof-he decided that there’s a way to have fun making movies. The`y “just sounded like they were having so much fun making this movie,” Charles says in an interview. And that’s when he decided he wanted to make fi lms.
