Introduction As a video producer working for a corporation, you need to
protect your company from liability in several areas. These areas include violation of copyrights and rights of persons appearing on camera, protecting the corporation’s own intellectual property rights, avoiding liability for personal injury when filming on location or in the studio, and following laws regulating classifications of personnel as employees and independent contractors.
