Introduction The literal image of the corporation is reflected in the videos

the company produces. The video manager is responsible for ensuring that anyone appearing on-camera appropriately reflects the image of the company. Department managers may have experience in public speaking and feel confident they will perform well on-camera. However, when the studio lights are on, when the cameras roll, and when all eyes of the crew are on them, their confidence can fly out the window. The executive may try to convince the video producer that he or she can wing it when the cameras roll, but the producer will be doing the exec a favor by insisting on a practice or rehearsal.
