ABSTRACT
Not too long ago there were articles in newspapers, weekly magazines, and online news sites about the convergence of television and computers, with some prognosticators suggesting we would soon be watching television on our computer monitors. One scribe rebutted this suggestion by saying he didn’t want to be watching the Super Bowl and have the system crash during a game-winning touchdown drive.
