ABSTRACT
The dollies described in this section are only a few of the types available ( Figure 14.1 ). I believe that the examples chosen are the best the industry has to offer. Each dolly has its own characteristics, but all of the dollies do one basic thing: They are a mobile platform for the camera. This invention has saved the grip and camera department many hours of pain due to carrying a tripod with a camera on it. As you look through the charts and specifi cations for each dolly, decide for yourself which dolly is best suited for the job you are about to do.
