Assessing the Dialogue of Teachers in a Multicultural Classroom

At the end of the every semester I hear teacher education professors moan in the hallowed halls of academe, “I hate giving grades! Let the students have whatever grade they want!” Then I see a wild-eyed professor frantically run down the hall out of the building screaming, “I need a sabbatical!”
