You will want to enclose the whole rig in some sort of box. The most common method is to use a standard electrical box, such as might contain a dimmer or switch when it is installed inside a wall. Be sure to use proper connectors and electrical tape, and be sure to make it so there are no loose wires or exposed copper, which might cause a shock hazard. Always be careful with electricity!
