ABSTRACT
The glowing phosphors on the television screen work in exactly the same way for if the dots are small enough and close enough together they appear as continuous tones and work just as if colored beams of light were being added together. Those of you with a background in art will already have realized that adding pigments of red, green and blue together creates a very different effect from adding light together.
