The floor manager team

Without wishing to insult them, Floor Managers (and their team) are like oil! When their skills are applied judiciously the machine (i.e. the studio production) will run smoothly and efficiently. Without them, for sure, the machine will sooner or later seize up, and will always be more troublesome and less efficient. Like oil, though, incorrect application will also cause trouble!
