ABSTRACT
This is a wacky category of effects. One effect (the Paint effect) isn’t really an effect, per se, and the other effect (the Vector Paint effect) is somewhat obsolete. But we’ll cover both the effects here because of the importance of painting in After Effects. Using painting tools and effects, we can rotoscope, cover blemishes, add objects, create motion graphics, and much more.
