ABSTRACT
The Title tool falls somewhere in the middle, but definitely closer to the easy end of the spectrum. Once the Title tool is open, the interface is very simple. Professional editors can change the reference frame for the background video for their Title by clicking out to the Timeline or the Sequence Monitor, moving to the frame professional editors want and then going back to the Title tool. Align to Grid locks any movement of object in the Title tool to specific intervals on the Alignment Grid. Any text that professional editors can copy—even from web sites and emails—can be pasted into Title tool. One of the overlooked options when deciding how to save a title is the Export option, which is available from the File menu. Edit and either save the title, or simply close it and save it in the dialog box that comes up when professional editors close the Title tool.
