ABSTRACT

There will be times in your video production career when you will have problems with customers or customers with problems. Every business has them. The true measure of your success is how you handle them. This chapter is dedicated to handling some of the more common issues that may come up. The customer believes that you promised to do certain things that you never said you would do. The customer has somehow been misled as to what they should expect to receive. Over the years, author encountered numerous problems with audio acquisition, everything from picking up a radio station through my mic to audio dropouts. To help solve these problems, he invested in additional microphones to use as backups for when one mic fails.
