If another company wants to hire your production company to produce a film or television show, you will first need to negotiate a production services agreement with them. This agreement lays out the budget and scope of the project, determines how your company will be paid, and dictates the precise technical and legal compliance standards of the program. The agreement may even dictate who you need to hire to write, direct, or star in your project.
