ABSTRACT
This chapter deals with a variety of circuits involving semiconductor devices. These will include the zener diode, bias and stabilisation for transistors, and small-signal a.c. amplifier circuits using both BJTs and FETs. The use of both of these devices as an electronic switch is also considered.
