ABSTRACT
Diagrams ere are various diagrams associated with electrical installations, the most common are: • The CIRCUIT or SCHEMATIC diagram, which shows how a system works, and
not how it would actually be wired. Such a diagram, Fig. 5 for example, shows a two way lighting system
• The WIRING diagram, which indicates how a circuit is actually wired • The BLOCK or LAYOUT diagram, which shows generally how items of
equipment are connected. A example of a three-phase system is shown in Fig. 6.
